Picturegram Photobooth - Terms and Conditions
1. Bookings & Payments- A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.- The remaining balance is due 7-14 days before your event date unless otherwise agreed in writing.- Bookings are confirmed only once we receive your deposit and send a confirmation email.
2. Cancellations & Refunds- Cancellations made 30+ days before the event will forfeit the deposit only.- Cancellations within 30 days: 50% cancellation fee.- Cancellations within 7 days: 100% of total cost is non-refundable.- If Picturegram cancels due to unforeseen reasons, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.
3. Event Requirements- Client must ensure: - Minimum 8x8 feet space - Access to a standard electrical outlet - Protection from weather if outdoors- If venue conditions are unsafe or non-compliant, Picturegram reserves the right to shut down the booth with no refund.
4. Use of Photos & Media- By booking, you agree that we may use event photos/videos for promotional purposes (social media, website, print).- To opt out, notify us in writing before or during your event.
5. Guest Conduct & Liability- Client is responsible for guest behavior while using the booth.- Damage caused by misuse or intentional actions is the client's financial responsibility.- Picturegram is not liable for injury or property damage resulting from misuse.
6. Service InterruptionsPicturegram Photobooth - Terms and Conditions- We are not liable for delays caused by venue issues, weather, or power outages.- If technical issues (our fault) prevent service for 30+ minutes, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
7. Privacy- Personal information (e.g., emails) is used only for service purposes.- We do not sell or share personal data with third parties.
8. Intellectual Property- All logos, templates, overlays, and designs created by Picturegram remain our property unless agreed otherwise in writing.
9. Changes to Terms- Terms are subject to change without notice.- Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
